Refund policy
Returns
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over AUD 100. To initiate a return, contact us at info@shopmanmist.com. We will provide instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can address the issue promptly.
Refunds
If your item is defective or unsatisfactory, submit a refund request within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@shopmanmist.com.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process the refund.
